What is a Reservation Ticket? With the Reservation Ticket we guarantee you an access on the selected time slot despite the restrictions of the number of visitors. This ensures safety, distance and a relaxed bathing and sauna experience.
Do I necessarily have to print out my reservation ticket? You can show the reservation ticket both in paper form and digitally on your smartphone.
Can I visit all areas of the swimming pool as usual? Yes, you can use the following link to reserve the use of all areas of the swimming pool as before: >> Online Reservation Waterworld In order to allow as many visitors as possible to visit the pools, the maximum duration of stay is limited to 3 hours. Please decide at the reception if you want to choose the 1,5 hour or 3 hour rate. You can pay at the cash desk as usual with all discounts/reductions available at the cash desk. Your online reservation entitles you to enter the swimming pool within the reserved time window (e.g. between 10:00 - 11:00 am). The respective tariff starts and ends from the check-in or check-out at the turnstile.
I just want to visit the swimming pool. Is there enough space and time despite the restrictions? Especially for this purpose we have set up a reservation option (max. 90 min) only for the swimmer's pool. >> Online Reservation sport swimmer pool. The 90 min start directly from the beginning of the time window, e.g. 7:00 a.m., and end after 90 min at 8:30 a.m. at the latest (exit through the exit turnstile). You can pay or combine the 90 min tariff as usual with all discounts/reductions at the cash desk.
I don't have Internet, can I still make a reservation? Yes, you can make reservations by phone via our reservation hotline (+352 349363-55) from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 12:00 am. Since reservations by phone take much more time, we ask you to make your reservation online if possible, as this will also make the check-in at the cash desk much faster. Or you can ask your family and friends to make the online reservation for you.
Is the reservation ticket free of charge? Yes, the reservation ticket is free of charge.
Can I cancel a reservation ticket? A cancellation is possible by email indicating the reservation number. However, if you do not honour the reservation and do not cancel up to 2 hours before the start of the time slot, we will have to charge you the full price.
Can I visit the swimming pool or sauna on several opening hours windows a day? Unfortunately no, we want to give as many visitors as possible the opportunity to visit the swimming pool or sauna despite the restrictions.
Can I make a spontaneous reservation? As long as there are still places available in the online reservation system, you can still make spontaneous reservations.
Can I buy my admission ticket at the cash desk? Admission tickets can only be purchased at the cash desk after making a reservation.
Why do I need a free reservation ticket? We have temporarily introduced the reservation ticket in order to facilitate the handling of the prescribed limit on the number of visitors in the interest of everyone. This gives us the opportunity to better control the flow of visitors in the interest of our guests. Visitors who use the reservation function avoid arriving for no reason and being denied admission.
Can I get into the swimming pool without a reservation? It is not possible to purchase an admission ticket without prior reservation.
Can I also get a reservation ticket at the cash desk? No, for organisational reasons this is unfortunately not possible. Currently, the reservation ticket can only be ordered online or by telephone before visiting the swimming pool.
My child is under 4 years old and has free admission. Can I bring him/her without reservation? No. Your child also needs an online reservation. This is the only way to ensure that the number of guests can be scheduled in order to respect the maximum number of visitors.
I would prefer to decide spontaneously on the visit, depending on the weather conditions. Is that possible? You can decide at very short notice. As long as the contingent is not completely booked, you can make a reservation yourself on the day of your visit. You can also make the reservation on your smartphone on the way and show it on the display of your mobile device at the entrance. You only take the risk that on a nice day the contingent may already be fully booked.
Can I currently pay with my Schwemm-Card? Yes, the Schwemm-Card can continue to be used as usual to get a reduction on the admission fee. However, please remember to make a reservation in advance.
Can I currently pay with a voucher or free ticket? Yes, you can pay as usual with vouchers or free tickets at the cash desk. But please remember to make a reservation in advance.
Can I get access with my current subscription? Due to the limited number of visitors, all subscriptions (pools and sauna) had to be suspended from 14.03.2020. (Unfortunately, regular access cannot be guaranteed via the reservation system). You can change your remaining subscription time credit into a Schwemm-Card or voucher credit.
How much is the entrance fee? The regular admission fees and discounts will remain the same. At the moment there will be no daily rate. An extension or automatic booking to the next higher tariff is currently not possible! >> Entrance fees
